The Loxahatchee River
Take a peaceful cruise along the Loxahatchee River—Florida’s first federally designated Wild and Scenic River. This journey follows the Northwest Fork into Jonathan Dickinson State Park, winding through a lush, protected ecosystem. We’ll travel as far upriver as the tides allow, with the opportunity to disembark and explore Trapper Nelson’s historic homestead—provided the site is open and time permits (read more here). Along the way, enjoy the calm waters and watch for wildlife like manatees, turtles, river otters, alligators, and wading birds. It’s one of Jupiter’s most serene and scenic experiences.
Hosting a larger group? For parties with 7–9 guests, we offer a “Bareboat Charter” option. You’ll sign a Bareboat Charter Agreement and hire the captain separately. But don’t worry, we’ll coordinate everything. Additional fees apply for guests beyond 6. Call us at 561-406-9080 or Request Booking for assistance.
